Once filled my life with much distress
And constantly they did suppress
My ever chance at happiness
And truth, I lost all zest for life
And every day was filled with strife
Until, that is the day you came to this place
With tenderness you gace to me
The strength to set my spirit free
And then you showed me lovingly
How wonderful life could be
As our new friendship grow
A joyous feeling will ensure
That our friendship will not repress
Life’s tribulations will not suppress
This well-tempered friendship which we possess
