Firm Foundation
The earth shakes fiercely;
An oak tree stands firm, rooted
Upon solid ground.
Tribulations
An ominous cloud
Flings tears of pain upon thee,
The seedling matures.
Perseverance
Consuming darkness
Covers the cold ocean floor,
Yet life perseveres
Strength in Unity
Consider snowflakes;
Unique, fragile, dependent...
Yet together....STRONG.
Another Chance
Leaves fall to the ground;
A tree leaves the past behind;
New life is ahead.
